I wrote the final post in my Twelve Post on Writing series last week. Thank you to everyone who read the posts and commented! I’ve enjoyed meeting you, reading your comments and corresponding with you. That’s the part I like most about blogging so far: making connections.
Just for the record, I know more than 12 things about writing. 🙂 Writing is what I do, and I will continue to blog about what I’ve learned and what I’m learning. I have a list right here of topics just waiting to be written.
If you’re jonesing for more posts on writing, check out my writer’s group blog, The Parking Lot Confessional. This week, we’re talking about how to make time for writing. Next week, we’ll be tackling how to get started on this whole writing thing. Good stuff.
Next month, I’m going to begin a few art projects. I’ll be blogging my progress on those, as well as talking about creativity in general. Should be interesting, especially if the projects don’t go exactly as I plan. (As if anything I do ever goes exactly as planned!)
Finally, I’ve got something exciting in the works, and will be announcing that next month.
First, though, I’ve got to prepare for the SCBWI conference in New York, January 29-31. I have tons to do between now and then. I plan to share what I learn at the conference here on Amy Writes.
So, lots of stuff in the works and only one me to do them. I love when life throws down the gauntlet!
Stay tuned…
